"The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me." Psalm 28:7
Homeschooling is one of the most beautiful, most exhausting, most sacred things you will ever do. Some days it feels like enough. Some days it doesn't. Wherever you find yourself this season, you don't have to walk it alone.
The Raising Manzanitas 6th Annual Mama's Homeschool Conference is a day set apart just for you. A chance to breathe deep, be filled up, and come home to the why behind what you do.
Come as you are. Whether you're just starting out, finding your stride, or wondering if you have anything left to give, there is a seat here for you.
We'll spend the afternoon together with speakers who have walked this road, honest conversations with moms who get it, and the kind of encouragement that actually follows you home.

Session: The Inspired Homeschool
What if the greatest homeschool teachers weren't in a classroom at all? In this talk, Jennifer walks through the lives of five extraordinary people, Jesus, Leonardo da Vinci, Joan of Arc, Laura Ingalls Wilder, and Elizabeth Goudge, and shows how faith, creativity, and curiosity shaped each of them. You'll leave with a renewed vision for the joyful, purpose-filled homeschool you know is possible.

Session: Are You Doing Enough?
At some point, every homeschool mom expresses these fears. In this session, She shares 9 simple questions you can ask yourself at the end of each day or as you plan your week to ensure your children are learning more than enough. She calms your fears and gives practical suggestions on how to create a well-rounded home, education that blends rest, worship, reading, writing, problem-solving, movement, Creativity, nature exploring, and even caring for the home and others. You are enough because God is enough.
Connie Burroughs
Connie spent a few years in the classroom before answering a different call, bringing her teaching heart home to raise and educate her own children. More than twenty years later, and now she gets to watch her own children homeschool the next generation.
That kind of legacy doesn't happen by accident. It happens through faithfulness, through hard days and good ones, and through a conviction that this work matters far beyond what we can see. Connie has been encouraging local homeschool families for years, and we are so honored to have her pour into our community this year.
Session: The Unexpected Blessings Of Homeschooling!
As she began her homeschool journey, her expectations were modest. Her initial motivation was simply to provide her child with a more grace-filled and compassionate learning environment than what had been experienced in second grade. In a short time, however, she and her family began to notice many unexpected blessings. As the children grew, those benefits multiplied—shaping not only their childhood years but continuing to bless their adult lives and even the next generation.
